Different heat treatment can be done on aluminum alloys. Heat treatments on aluminum:
- O: Annealed, F: As Produced, H: Hardened, T: Heat Treated,
- The temperature was released after the temperature and remained by its natureT1.
- After the temperature temperature, it is cooled, shaped and released to nature.
- T3: Solution treated, shaped and released to nature.
- S4: It is in solution and left to nature.
- T5: hot grown and artificially aged.
- S6: The filtering process is old and artificially aging.
- S7: There are problems and old age in the troubleshooting process.
- S8: Solution treated, shaped and artificially aged.
- T9: Solution treated, artificially aged and shaped.
- Aging process with chilled shape after temperature.
The applied heat treatment is used to define the material by writing Tx (T1, T2 etc.) symbols and next to the alloy number. Related standard: TS EN 515
It is the process of strengthening the structure of aluminum alloys with sensitive heat applications selected according to the structure, type and demanded needs.
All aluminum heat treatments can be done in our company with highly sensitive furnaces and special cooling liquid with programs that prevent warping.
Heat treatment can be done for tempers from T1 to T10 in our factory. There is a tower type heat treatment furnace and a horizontal car aging furnace in our factory.
