Demands from our customers or market research conducted by the sales and marketing department are analyzed in our R&D department. The 3D data and technical drawings of the projects deemed appropriate as a result of the analysis are prepared and transferred to production. All our design and production works are under the control of our engineers in our R&D department.

Our R&D department continues to work on the basis of total quality management and organization, such as better information management, product quality, lead times, improved product costs, and increased production efficiency.

With our expert teams supported by SOLIDWORKS(CAD) and SIEMENS NX(CAM), SIMUFACT (ANALYZ) programs, molds, apparatus and control fixtures are produced with CNC controlled machines.
